Refunds
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item for a full refund with the following conditions as outlined below.
Please note: We do not issue exchanges; a new order should be placed.
• To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must include all tags and be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you.
• You must first contact us to receive an RA number with in 14 days of receiving your order.
• All returns must be sent back within 7 business days after receiving your RA number to receive a full refund.
• Packaging and tags must be intact.
• Your RA number must be written clearly on the outside box.
Money will be returned to the original credit card used when placing the order.
Exchanges
We do not issue exchanges; a new order should be placed.
Shipping returns
Customer is responsible for return shipping. We can only accept returns sent via USPS, UPS or Fedex.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
